Every one of our 23 staff operates to the company’s formal quality systems that start when the first enquiry is made to when the finished parts and assemblies are delivered. This isn’t empty marketing rhetoric, it’s just the way we work and why most of our customers have been with us since our launch in 2003.
We have invested heavily in our quality team and inspection facilities, which now include the latest CMM facilities and an Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation with every sample part.

Understanding the client’s exacting requirements has been instrumental in Millennium Pressed Metal securing a major contract to provide the complete seat frames that go into one of the world’s most popular cars.
The company provided continuity of supply, on-time delivery and cost downs of nearly 10% on the first part of the contract. This has already led to more work being placed.
