Capabilities second to none

As you would expect from a world class press worker, our plant capacity is vast so we can offer both rapid turnaround and security of supply on long-term projects. 

Through a combination of progression/coil feed and manual presses, we are able to produce parts up to 12mm thick in materials, including mild, stainless steel, aluminium and copper. In some instances, we have used our network of domestic and international contacts to source specialist material, such as high tensile steel, for use in demanding projects.

Progression Coil Feed Presses
80 tonnes to 300 tonnes, fitted with the latest electronic press and tool safety devices enabling them to run at high speed without risk of downtime resulting from serious tool damage. They are also fitted with various electronic servo roll feed or air feeds.

Single Action Presses
Millennium has over 20 single action presses – ranging from 20 to 350 tonnes – that are ideal for when automation isn’t possible or it is more cost effective for single operation finishing.

The large bed areas of several of our presses give us the opportunity to gang several tools up in one press at a time, completing one finished part through several operations in the same machine.
