More than 4 million parts are produced each year at our Castle Mill Works factory, parts that are supplied all over the globe and used in a host of blue chip applications and world class technology.

From a small operation in 2003, Millennium Pressed Metal has grown into one of the sector’s few ‘single source manufacturers’ specialising in presswork, press work, turned parts, welding and mechanical assemblies.

There are numerous companies who promote their ability to offer a one-stop shop, but very few achieve it and even fewer do it time and time again.

That is the Millennium difference. Our 23-strong workforce are highly skilled and experienced in lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement techniques, ensuring we offer our customers a flexible, right first time service over and over again.

We are always looking to diversify and now offer development and prototyping services to our customers, who use us for long-term supply, rapid turnaround facility, capacity relief and for limited life components.
